If the issue persists, contact Microsoft support. In this case, you must close and reopen the Power Apps portals admin center, and try to reset the portal again. If a portal reset request could not be submitted, an error is displayed as shown in the following image. This section provides information about troubleshooting issues while resetting a portal. This procedure will not affect any of your cloud storage. The backup folder that is created will be named 'odrivebackup-current date here'. Once you login again you will have a fresh odrive folder with only placeholder files.
